    @Mariepouliche Yes – salsa is Round food. The ingredients come from Round tomatoes, onions and depending on the salsa…lots of other Round ingredients. So put salsa on anything and everything!

    I have a quick question. I have been hearing from some people that peanut butter is a good source of protein but others say to stay away from it because it contains partially hydrogenated oils. So can i eat a peanut butter sandwich in the morning once in a while or should i stay away from it.

    p.s. i know peanut butter wasn’t part of the ingredients in this video but this question just popped into my head while i was watching this video =)
