cream is about 1/5 cup for this much of soup, and this looks like beef broth, u can use vegie or chicken broth, also my suggestion about the onions substitute would be celery try a little portion of soup with it first to see how u like it.
ya..I agree..we did not prep enough..once the cameras are rolling .kind of stuck..thanks for sharing!

dude it’s WAY to thin ! more like water of broccoli !
me too..usually make it much creamier….I love cream..I use Organic Valley..but that is just my preference.
